BS in Product Design
During a six-week immersion in Taiwan with DRIVE Consulting,
I conducted field research that challenged my assumptions and expanded
my understanding of how culture shapes user behavior and lived experience.
As a UX Design Intern at Bosch BSH, I led mixed-method user research to
understand behavioral patterns and unmet needs in next-generation home appliances.
I conducted interviews, usability testing, and in-home studies, synthesizing insights into
design recommendations that informed product concepts. I collaborated with cross-functional
teams to translate research into user flows, mockups, and visual storytelling assets while
facilitating workshops to align stakeholders around user-centered solutions.
My furniture design internship taught me to work within product constraints
and client requirements, but it ultimately revealed my passion for
uncovering user needs beyond the object itself.
